• All BIOS configuration is completed and units are tested against strict performance benchmarks to ensure they meet our quality standards. Customers will have up to 21 days from receipt of their computer to request a return. To request a return, email Split PC’s at splitpcs@gmail.com. If a return is valid, the customer requesting a return will receive a full refund for their computer. A restocking fee equivalent to the cost of assembly and Windows 10 Key Activation cost will be deducted from this cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the event of a return. Buyers must submit evidence of purchase with their return including invoice number and date of purchase.  Products must be securely packaged and returned in an undamaged condition.  Include all components, manuals, cables, and packaging materials with your return.  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Split PC’s may reject returned items if these conditions are not met.

• By accessing our website (https://splitpcs.com) and all of its webpages, and/or purchasing a computer from us, the customer agrees to each and every one of our terms and conditions. Split PC’s shall not be liable for any loss of use, revenues, or anticipatory profit, or for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sale, use, operation, or inability to use products purchased from Split PC’s to the extent permitted by the law. Split PC’s liability in any return or usage scenario will be expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product and will be at the company’s sole discretion.

• Computers will be shipped 1-5 days after completion and total wait time may be 1-3 weeks. Computers will normally be shipped in the original box that came with the case and will be packaged with a healthy amount of shrink wrap and bubble wrap to ensure the safety of the computer during transit. Shipping insurance is also included for every purchase.  In the event that a computer is damaged during shipping, please notify Split PC’s at splitpcs@gmail.com as soon as possible. DO NOT re-mail the item as that will invalidate the insurance claim.  Hold on to the computer, all packaging and receipts in case it needs to be inspected as part of the claim process.  Split PC’s will file the claim with the appropriate shipping company and keep you informed throughout the claim process.
