Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Computers will be shipped 1-5 days after completion and the total wait time may be anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Computers will normally be shipped in the original box that came with the case and will be packaged with a healthy amount of shrink wrap and bubble wrap to ensure the safety of the computer during transit. Shipping insurance is also included for every purchase. In the event that a computer is damaged during shipping, please notify Split PC’s at splitpcs@gmail.com as soon as possible. DO NOT re-mail the item as that will invalidate the insurance claim. Hold on to the computer, all packaging and receipts in case it needs to be inspected as part of the claim process. Split PC’s will file the claim with the appropriate shipping company and keep you informed throughout the claim process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Computers may be returned within 1-3 weeks of delivery if it is fully working with no physical damage or technical issues. Computers may also be exchanged for a unit of equal or lesser value in the event that a customer either bought the wrong computer or was sent the wrong computer. Computers will not be eligible for return if the customer has switched out any parts in the computer.
